The food from this street vendor is amazingly good. Best seafood tacos we've ever had. The eating standing while holding your plate is no fun but that's just part of buying food from street vendors. Wish there were at least a few chairs to sit on or some tables would have been nice but they are probably not allowed to do that. At any rate you have to check out this place. It's a must try and highly recommend.

I loved La Guerrerense. I came for the first time and it did not disappoint. They have many option of tostadas and cócteles. I enjoyed their tostada Singapur and their tostada La Guerrerense. They were both delicious but my favorite was their tostada Singapur. It comes with crab salad, shrimp, octopus, and scallops. They also add avocado as a final topping. They had a station with several homemade salsa including a chili oil that is delicious. Their Guerrerense tostada comes with fisco ceviche in cubes, marinated in orange juice, cooked shrimp and avocado. Both were so good and bursting with flavor. Their service is quick, as soon as you order, it is being prepared fresh for you. It is family owned and operated. They are usually busy as it is a well known spot and located in a tourist areas. The location is outside in a mobile cart and everything is prepared right in front of you. This has to be a must stop location if you love seafood.

What a great find! Seafood quality was perfect, taste was amazing and service was quick. Portion for the price was quite a steal! Personally when I go back I will stick with only 1 or 2 of their more "deluxe" tostadas as the price point is much higher for those compared to a regular tostada and the regular tostada is delightful on its own. Definitely still treat yourself to one of their more complex tostadas as it is worth the price, we just made the mistake of ordering the majority of the "deluxe" and although initially had sticker shock, because the one ordering didn't pay enough attention , we couldn't even be surprised/upset by it because everything was so great!

It was our first time visiting downtown Ensenada. Many of our friends had recommended this place, so we decided to check it out for some local delicacies. Since we were unfamiliar with the area, it took us a little while to find the food cart, which is located on the corner of Avenue Adolfo Lopez and Alvarado. Luckily, we arrived early enough to avoid the crowd. Everything on the menu looked great and delicious! We ordered the ceviche guerrerense con camarón, a shrimp ceviche tostada. It was incredibly fresh and savory, with a generous portion of shrimp. After finishing the shrimp tostada, we decided to try a couple of other seafood options: sea cucumber and octopus. Both were equally delicious, thanks to their freshness. We particularly enjoyed the sea cucumber tostada, a dish I've never had in the US. In addition to these options, they also offer live clams and oysters. We watched as their staff busily shucked oysters and opened clams. We'll have to save those for another trip! The staff at the food cart were incredibly friendly and helpful. The cashier spoke enough English, so we didn't encounter any problems when ordering. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food and the experience of eating on the street.

Exceptionally good. So full of flavor, have to get one of the special tostadas. The Cameron was absolutely delicious. And with the salsa! Yum. Absolutely worth a stop

Great food (tasty, fresh and delicious). Price is reasonable. Fast and friendly service. The place is clean. Definitely worth the visit

Stopped in Ensenada for our cruise and OMG! this place was sooo good!! Definitely a must-try if you're visiting the area. The season is so fresh and they have a wide variety. They operate from a little stand and theres no seats. The food is served on plates which makes it easy to eat.

This is a must-visit place in Ensenada!! The cart is very walkable from the cruise ship port and easily identifiable from the crowds of people standing around enjoying the food. A very nice gentleman at the front explained the menu and provided us with recommendations of their most popular items. My husband got the ceviche guerrerense con camaron (guerrerense ceviche with shrimp), and I got the ensalada de jaiba con camaron, pulpo y callo (crab salad with shrimp, octopus and scallops AKA the singapur). I believe the total came out to about $16-18 USD. Both tostadas were super fresh and so delicious!!! I have never tasted such fresh and sweet scallops in my life. They have a wide variety of salsas on the side to choose from -- be careful, some of them are really spicy!! I appreciated that there were bottles of hand sanitizer around. Very limited seating - two benches, if I recall correctly. Just a nice spot to grab and munch and go! My only regret is that I was still full from my cruise breakfast and could not stuff more tostadas down. These tostadas alone are making me contemplate another trip to Mexico. Don't miss out!!

If you search You Tube for places to eat in Ensenada you will find dozens of videos for La Guerrerense and for good reason. Their seafood tostadas are incredible. These treats are prepared with ocean fresh ingredients right before your eyes by a very nice crew. I screwed up my order (no habla Espanol) and a wonderful young lady who was fluent in English was on hand to sort things out. If you visit Ensenada by cruise ship, this is a short walk through busy and safe neighborhoods. The length of the lines depend on time, day of the week, and number of cruise ships in port. On the day I visited (Monday), there was only one ship in port and I waited just a couple of minutes. The street cart is not open on Tuesdays, so your alternative is right across the street at Sabina Restaurante. It is owned by the same folks behind La Guerrerense.
